However, this still requires manual interaction. intelliTicket’s Be-In / Be-Out technology is the first parking payment solution that fully automates ticketing as we know it. This solution automatically grants access through gates, monitors the entire parking period, and automatically charges customer when their parking session has ended.

How intelliTicket works

intelliticket consists of a hardware / app combination. The hardware is installed at your entrance and exit gates and triggers unique commands when mobile devices with the according application are within immediate proximity. These commands initiate the automatic opening of gates, starting and ending the parking session, and finalizing payments once the customer’s vehicle has left the premises. Working with this hardware / software combination provides reliable operations, even without internet or cellular coverage.

When entering

Once customers have downloaded the according app and setup their payment credentials, they may pull up to the entrance gates with their vehicle. These will open automatically and without the customer drawing a ticket. The parking session starts immediately.

While Parking

Customers are checked in automatically, without having to interact with the app. There is no need to feed the meter. The app provides a real time over- view of parking fees. Your customer is free to go about their activities without worriying to be back at a certain time.

When exiting

Similar to entering, the exit gates will open as soon as your customer approaches them with their car. The parking session ends here, automatically finalizing the payment according to your rates. It’s really that simple.

The Role

intelliTicket is looking for experienced Service Technicians. We are looking for candidates who can deliver the most efficient, high-quality customer experience for our clients in the public transportation and public parking sector. We are looking for someone with the expertise and knowledge necessary to handle the varied and sometimes complex projects and the personal skills to develop rapport with our client and drive sales. We have a service and sales integrated model and each Service Technician is treated with the autonomy and independence to drive their own sales, build their own jobs, and plan their own installs.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Perform light trouble shooting
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Perform all stages of installation, maintenance, replacements and service
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

  • Develop a deep understanding of your target audience to implement effective strategies

  • Measure, analyse and report the success of those campaigns and events
  • Create online and offline marketing content
  • Support business development activities


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Marketing or other related field
  • Experience in SEO, SEA and the Google Console
  • Experience with social media advertising
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (fluent in english)
  • Self starter and team player who can also do it all yourself without needing a lot of resources or budget
